Question about Flatspots Well, long short the car sat at the old mans place for more than a year while I finished college, I bought a new house, car sat in the garage for another 9 months, and finally I get a new battery in there to take it out and knock off the spider webs - only to get some vibration.
Took the tire in that I thought was possibly out of balance and they said that it had a flatspot in it and asked how long she's been sittin.
Their recomendiation was to buy new tires...what does LS1Tech have to say?

I get flat spots in my original Goodyear GSC tires when the car sits for long periods but they work out pretty quick and don't return unless the car sits for long periods again. I called Goodyear HQ and they said that was common for the GSC but no need to buy new tires unless you see cracking or dry rot.
