Prostars 15x8 5.5 bs with big tire?

Prostars 15x8 5.5 bs with big tire? I bought some 15x8 QTP's with a Hoosier Quick Time Pro tire on them will these fit? My car is lowered and the tires are a 28"x11.5x15? I know I had a set of 15x8 with 28"x9x15 and they fit fine but these are quite a bit bigger.

my buddy had them in 16" pro star XPs and they would rub during a burnout when the tire would grow a bunch. But just barely from side to side. I know on our thirdgens we cut out the bump stops and weld in a flat piece of steel to get rid of the rub, not sure if that'll work on 4th gens but it is a suggestion nonetheless.

Since you're lowered you may run into some clearance issues. All these cars are a little different, some tires will rub on one car and not even be close on another. It's more of a trial and error deal.
