So on a TA, running 315's, I shouldn't have to mod anything?

I am about to pull the trigger on some TT2's.. 17x9.5 and 17x11's..

I would say that depends on what tires you want. My GS-D3's are much wider than my old Nittos and required some hammering. I would also say it depends on the life of your springs/how you drive ect to determine if you'll rub or not.

I am lowered with LG G2 springs..

What kinda mods.. ADJ panhard, and a BFH?

This is an ultimate newb question - what does "rolling" the fender mean?

No, you need 275's.

Yes, as well as rolling the fender lip.

Pushing the fender lip up so it does not cut into the tire.

NOTE: 315 series tires DO NOT fit 9" or 9.5" wheels. It will not be discussed.
It's been done, but it's not recommended. See you tire manufacturer's specifications.

There are a few ways. There is a special tool you can rent on this forum that bolts to your hub and you slowly move a plastic well across the top to push the lip up a little at a time until it's where you want it. This is the best as it won't hurt your paint.

Some guys use a wooden baseball bat and stick it against the tire to push the lip up.

I used some small vice grips to grab the lip and bent it up. I damaged the paint, but you can't see it.

275 or 285

285's are rare, and 295's don't come in a 17R

It's pretty simple, just look at the tire specs. It will tell you the min and max rim size for that tire. Tirerack .com is a fast source for tire specs, but they don't carry Nitto. For them go to Nitto's website.

Yeh, I was kinda wondering that too..

I am half-way thinking about going 17x9.5 all around and getting some GS-D3's on the back in 285 and since they run wide, I'm sure they'd look killer..

Wish there were some pics of that.. Maybe I need to make a thread?
