new z06's on 00 ta
I'm looking at a set of (2) 17x8.5 with a +56mm offset, (2)18x9.5 with +57mm offset chrome c6 z06 rims.
These are the questions I have:
1. Isn't this the correct ofset/sizes of regular corvette (c5) rims.
2. What's the biggest tires I could fit on the rear without scrubbing/ beatin the crap out of my inner fender well.
3. Are they gonna poke out a lot farther than they should or are they going to fit to the car like my ws6 rims do, what I mean by that is,, I don't want half the tire stickin out the side,, I want them wide, but tucked in so it doesn't kill the flow of the car.
Thanks,
Michael

they will fit similar if not tucked in a tad bit more than what you ahve now.
Front tire: 245/45ZR17
Rear tire: 275/35ZR18 (recommended) 285/35/ZR18 (biggest)
The 275/35ZR18 is the same overall diamter as the stock tire so no computer adjustments for speedo etc would be needed the 285 is a tad larger and your speedo will be a touch off.
