You may not have to remove the bump stops or roll the fender, it depends on the tire size you plan on running.

I ran 15X10 7.5bs with 26X11.5X15 MT E.T. streets with no other modifications other than grinding the calipers. No problems here.

Have you used the grinder on your calipers yet? If not, that's your problem. On the front you can run a 5/16" spacer and longer studs, but on the rear you have to grind them.

Once you start getting into the larger tires (28"+) usually you'll have to do some clearancing to fit them.

The studs won't go through the wheel. You need shank-style lugnuts to go through the wheel. I'll try to find a pic. to show what I'm talking about.

I've been wondering the same thing myself. I want to run the 27x11.5x15 tires on 15x10 pro-stars... but I am also sitting on the eibach pro-kit. I'm guessing there's definite fender-rolling in my future. What about the bumpstops though? I'm not crazy about losing them, but will if I have to.

What are the negatives to removing the bumpstops for a car that is driven on the road? How bad can it end up being?
