Default Got a bit of Curb rash

Okay so I posted up before that my new rims had
a bit of rash on them because they came off of a wrecked
vette.. and now one of them has a gouge in the inner part
of the rim because my caliper started to fall off...

I emailed Weld craft wheels 2 times, but no one responded..
so I'm wondering if anyone knows of another place that
can fix rims??

Thanks
Chelsea

a "gouge" like a bent rim or a chunk out of the lip.. you might as well buy a new rim if its either they will have to be fixed and recoated i imagine u got the chrome/polished C5k rims

ah picky picky girls.. i got some curb on my ws6's just polish them and leav'm alone as long as u dont point it out noone sgonna notice

to be honest it'd probably be more to fix and ship it then it would be to just buy a used wheel...either way good luck.

btw refreshing to see some girls around.

www.fixrim.com did one of my old Enkei Win wheels. Looked brand new after they fixed it too. Mine had bad curb rash and a pretty big crack in it. Next day turnaround as well.

I bought these wheels from some guy on ls1.com. I took them to get fixed and they charged me 85 bucks for two and 95 for the other two that were a little bent. Here are some pics so you can see the difference. Oh by the way, my rims also had curb rash. The place is called Specwheels in Commerce city Colorado. I will find there number if you are interested.

Sorry I don't have my before and after pics anymore but I'm sure the site I sent you can handle yours. Mine was about $220 for 2 wheels, Pepboys paid for them though since they fed them up. Mine weren't quite as bad but the guy said they've seen and fixed much worse then mine. They came to my house and fixed the wheels in my driveway while still on the car though, I'm not sure if thats the only way they do business or if you can just mail them in.
