i like the rally and speedstar. that chevelle has a big body so i think it would look good with some WIDE wheels in the back. have you thought about 19's in the rear and 18's in the front?

I like the painted Speedstars. When did you get a Chevelle?

ProjectT, I'm sticking with 18s. Tires get too thin with larger sized wheels, and I'm not a fan of using different front and rear sized wheels unless the tire diameter is also different (ala C6).

Arachnotron, picked this car up last week. Found it on craigslist, couldn't pass it up.

Yeah, I like that the best. Although I would make the center cap area gunmetal or flat grey.

I like the TT2's + black centers/spokes.

I'd go as wide as you can without cutting the car

All chrome is nice but I think a lot of folks have been there, done that.

Maybe you should start a poll with three photoshopped choices.

you can safely go 275 wide fronts and 305 wide rears on a Chevelle. 18x9 fronts and 18x10 rears. 315 rears will fit if you hammer the inner and roll the outer fenders.

I'm a HUGE fan of the TT2 classics in the gray and black, but you already have them on the 69 so I'd go something different. I think the Intro Rally's would look sweet with some big brakes to back them up and I have to agree with Roadhouse, the Foose Nitrous II's would look pretty sick for a retro setup.

if your going the TT2 route then i think the gray looks better. i think it gives the car some individualality as well instead of the usual all chrome or polished TT2. the gray centers looks better then the black IMO, but then you own 2 cars with the same paint/wheels and i dont know how you feel about that.

i know i have them, but i think black wheels are gettin played out...unless its really a unique looking setup.

i agree...run the rally's (chrome) with some wilwoods and CD/S rotors!

that would look

315's will take alil work to fit, but will look pimp from the rear with that wide body..

yes!!! john(owner of the chevelle that being qouted) has a sick *** line up of cars. he just put 20s on the rear also.i say those are the best wheels to keep the classic look to it, im prolly gonna get them for my 2nd gen since i cant afford boze or simmons wheels.
