best size slicks on factory 16's?

best size slicks on factory 16's? my car came with the 16 inch chrome snow flake wheels and i was wondering what is the largest size slicks that can be used on them? i have a 315 30 18 out back right now and would like something as wide if it can fit, any recommendations?

none whatsoever...lemme try and find some pics from when i had this setup.
**edit - no pics of that setup on my car. I ran 15" skinnies up front, salad shooters with 26x11.5x16 ET Streets out back. No rubbing issues anywhere, and it gave the car a wicked rake.
