Wheel Pitting tips

Wheel Pitting tips Just bought a new camaro with chrome wheels and the outside of the wheels are mint so I dont want to buy new ones.....but the inside has pitting....what should I do and far as sanding polishing then clear coating to make good again...not afraid to put in the time and effort to do it right.....Thanks
