Am I jumping on the bandwagon or am I already on it if I have the parts, but they aren't on the car?

I like it a lot! I love how the 325/50/15s look. I've got pretty much the same plans except for a 15 x12 inch rear wheel. You're mini tubbed by the looks of the dish?
