Default fender rolling?

I am wanting to get a set of ccw sp500's 18x11 in the rear 18x10 in the front will i have to roll the fender with these, and what does your fender look like after you do this. And will a 18x10 for a front wheel rub?

LOL, i just posted a question on this as well. Get ready for the flamers asking why your running a 10 inch wheel up front. I right now (19X10 up front) am rubbing the fender pretty bad with just the rim! I dont even have a tire on yet lol. Im sure you might have to roll the fender. Im trying to work out some minor stuff now to see if it will fit. Somebody said they made a bracket to push the fender out of the way and im waiting for pics to see it. Hope this helps a little.

Yes you need to roll the fenders, otherwise your tires will get chewed up and possibly blow out.

10" up front is cool as hell, I don't know why anyone would flame???

Here are some before and after pics of fender rolling. I also rent out my roller and heat gun if anyone is interested.

Before

After

This is my tire before I rolled the fenders, I went on 1 quick ride and hit 1 small bump and got this on both tires (you can see a nice cut right through the treads on the sidewall)

You are just rolling the lip that sticks out upwards. From the side of the car you can't see a difference.

Thanks for the info. I didnt realize your rolling inside the wheel well i thought you roll the outside out almost like a flare job.

dude run an 18x10 upfront who cares. if you run the 18x10 i dont think you have to even roll the fender. if you run anything bigger the the 11 inch tire in the back you need to roll the quarters for sure

I would guess it gave me 3/8" to 1/2" of clearance by just looking at the size of my finger

I'll send you details right now

I have 10s up front and 0 issues. The 11s out back did require fender rolling and removal of bump stops
