I ordered a set of 4 regular Chrome C6 wheels 18 X 9.5 with Nitto 555 Extremes from Discount Tire Direct. Well the salesperson must've selected the C6 Z06's by mistake. I was surprised when i opened them. I called them and they said that they could pick them up tomorrow and have the regular C6's in by Tues or Weds of next week, or I could keeps the Z06's and they would refund 100.00. Which do you guys think would look better on my Silver 02 Z28??? I had a set of 19" C6's on it before and liked them but tires were too expensive so I sold them. Here is a pic of them

z06's hands down. The c6 wheels look horrible IMHO. They will be the next wagon wheel.

well they are starting to grow on me alil i guess. i painted my calipers red and that actually made them look better so i may just stick with these

I do like the C6's alot, but there is something about the c6z06 wheels that I just love.

I have a set of OEM c6 polished off of the vette in the garage, I probably should try to sell them sometime soon here.

Those new C-6 ZO6 wheels are hot but, its what makes you happy. You're the one thats going to look out the window and say thats my ride. They both look good. The Z06 wheels are just hot though. Oh by the way, a new stance would complete the over all slick look.

By the way, did you add spacers. I'm getting bored with my TTIIs. I'm actually looking at 02 SS wheels but, then need them widen for the rear so they look PHAT!

i vote for z06...... man, i know how hard it is to decide on wheels to go with.... you can get 1 million opinions but it all comes down to what you like the best...good luck

I like the C6 Z06 wheel compared to the regular C6 wheel. Regular C6's look to plain. Plus you are gettnig the refund for the mix up. But it's up to you.

nope no spacers on these they are a 18 X 9.5 and have a 40mm offset made especially for the Fbody! They wear a 275/35/18 Nitto, I could've went wider though but these tires fit the wheel very well. The C6's i had a 1/4" spacer and still had to beat my inner fenders alil bit, but they weren't for a Fbody the rears were 19X10's a 285/30/19 tire and a 79mm offset for a Vette the fronts were 18 X 9's with 245/45/18's and I think a 56mm offset, but i didnt have a problem with them. They were an inch shorter overall diameter and it would fool the ABS sensor sometimes. No light, but if you braked hard the fronts would scoot for a sec. I didn't like that at all especially round a curve!

Z06's hands down. I'd love a set on my car too. The Normal C6 wheels are too "empty" if ya know what I mean. Plus, they even make the car look like it's sitting way to high.

Sorry guys , the Z06 wheels just do not look right on our camaro's . Would have to see them both spinning at around 45/50 MPH.
My money's on the C6 chromies . They look better whether sitting still or rolling . Just my two cents !

The C6 Z06 only look good on a C6 Z06 , the Camaro & Fireturd I mean Firebird have a much longer wheelbase which spreads out the wheels too far from each other . On a short whl/base car like a little BMW roadster or any year Vette, Audi,Mini, or even a VW would look bitchin.I was going to get some myself untill I saw a camaro with them & they were 18's . Look at a Vette with them & they look pretty good . They won't look the same on our cars. But hey, thats just me. Post up some pics when you get em on, hell I might even change my mind about em . I'm so wishy washy ,Its been almost two years & I still can't make up my mind what wheels to go with. I'm holdin out for Vintage Wheel Inc. They will have some new wheels out soon to fit our cars & if you like 5-spoke you'll love these.
