Lowered/New Wheels
The car has been lowered with QA1 R-series shocks up front and the rear isolators have been removed in favor of a heater hose. I think the stance looks pretty nice, slight rake with the rear up .5" higher than the front.

This is a photoshop of how I'd like the car to look eventually (kudos to brian2006 for the badass ride and to demonbird for insight btw. I'm thinking nix the halo's.......with body color top/mirrors, grill painted gray to match the wheels with '69 chevelle bowtie, zo6 style z28 emblems, sonoco hood without the line with satin black stripes with gray outline to match the wheels, ss spoiler, satin black berger panel to match the hood stripes with stainless fill-ins). The look is kind of a take off on the '02 ZL1 prototype car and the Dick Harrell cars.

I'm pretty pumped about this look, hopefully I'll be able to get it all done by tax time next year

Yeah...since theres no blue on the car it may look outta place. Looks good on this car though where I got the idea...from the concept ZL1 pictured at the bottom (no hockey stripes). I may just clone that look...I'm sure I'll figure that out by next year's tax time haha

but in the photoshop i bet it would look alot cleaner w/out the blue bowtie on the grill.
This bowtie would look much better than a blue one on your car. This is "SS LS1"'s dad's car, not sure what the bowtie is off of, or if its just painted. It looks sweet though.

Thanks guys, I've got mixed emotions for the bowtie, I'll make it the last thing I do...buy a chevelle emblem and try it blue, if I don't like it I'll get it painted red like the one mentioned above.
