Scrapping noise

Scrapping noise I just put on my new wheels..17x9.5/11...When i make a right turn there is a scrapping noise that comes from the drivers side rear of the car..Sounds like breaks or something..Any ideas? The back tires are 315's BTW

I dont see any place it could be rubbing..I looked and there are no places on the tire where it has visible been worn due to any rub. It is lowered but im not sure how much..h&r springs is all i know

It is the rubber bumper that is in the middle of the wheel well. Depending on the offset of the wheel, your gonna have to do the BFH mod. Have you jacked up and taken the wheel off to look inside the wheelhouse to see if it is rubbing in there?
