i just got a set of polished z06 wheels. i was wondering if there is a way to clearcoat aluminum wheels? i heard you can do this , to help keep them shiny.

I just ordered some HRE 545's and they clearcoat them right from the start. Im not sure if its zoop seal though....
You might want to contact HRE...if you send them the rims, they might be able to clear them for you at a minimal cost.

I used Zoop Seal on my TTII2 and it seems to work well. I have only had it on the rims for 3 months, and all I have to do is wash the rims with car soap and water. The only problem I had was the application. It was very difficult for me to be patient and precise while applying it. If you are a patient person, and have time to kill, then it is good stuff.
