Have you guys come up with a good solution to the paint wearing problem where the washers go? If not, you could try some stuff that por-15 makes, it's a brush on clear that is supposed to be as strong as the rust preventative stuff is. Might look into it on their site...it's obvious on the link.

We are going to look into it...
For now, we will request that the customer provide us with the diameter or the washer he/she will use, then we will use it as a template...
Honestly though, our polyurethane based paint is SUPER hard....it only chipped when I overtorqued with an impact gun.....using a torque wrench proved to be A LOT better and did not crack anything...I blame the crackin on myself!
We will certainly look into POR!
