Z06 rim problems
Z06 rim problems well I went to install my Z06 rims today and the fronts went on no problem. no rubbing or anything. now we get to the rear. well I picked up the car by the body and the tire is rubbing or catching on a stop of some sort. do I need to lift it by the rear pumpkin or is there some sort of spacer or BFH mod I need to do.

i think in the rear people grind down the bump stop. also consider rolling the inner fenders for additional room. can you post some pics of your bird im curious to see what the blue looks like.
yeah it is the bump stop that is stopping it. but not by much. here is a pic of the front wheel on along with the blue paint. enjoy. o yeah along with a bump stop picture.

1FST099Z You will need to trim the bump stop with an angle grinder to allow for the needed clearance.

I have the 17 inch z06 wheels and there are no issues with clearance on those. They are the gun metal and although I may be getting rid of them. I do like the way they look on the car. Good choice of wheels.
