Default 6000 rpm clutch drop, Will the BFG Drag Radial Stick?

well, i went to the track last week, i pulled a 1.75 60 foot time, track was cold. cloudy day. only dropped my pressure down to 16-17 psi.

well im replacing my clutch now, and i want to be able to cut a real nice 60 foot time.

If its a decent 70 degree day with the sun out so the track is warmer than last time. how hard can i dump before i break loose?

last time 4200+ was no hope, i was spinning.

if i air down to 14 psi heat the **** out of them. think they would stick at 6k?

or, should i buy an old set of 17" wheels off my buddy, and buy an ET Street and just run that at the track? and save my dr's for the street and then i know ill have enough traction?
