Found this link on the corvette forum. Looks like they take a Z06 wheel and custom paint it to any option you want.

yeah he has 18x9.5s all the way around. My friend with a 35th le has 18x9.5s and 18x10.5 and looks great!

Im the one that has these on a 35th LE (SIC LSX is talking about) . They look nice but get scratches in the machine facing just driving with them.They can be repaired easy Im sure. The center caps that come with them sun fade quick. I put the 35th center caps in to fix that. Im thinking about selling them and going a different route. That Blue SS pic posted got the last set made of these wheels made.
