10.5 without spacers?

10.5 without spacers? I am getting my c6 18x10.5 rims in tomorrow from tomz. I know alot of people run a 5/16 spacer. I was wondering can they be ran without a spacer on a 295/35 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial. If anyone has done this how much BFH mod did you do because I am not wanting to roll my fenders or beat my back seat off. But I will beat it some dont get me wrong. Next question do you guys think the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial performs good in the rain. Because this is my DD and it will be driven in everything except snow or ice.
I never even tried to run my wheels without the spacer. A member on here, McG, has had his wheels on without a spacer I think. I'm pretty sure he added a spacer after a while. I have a 5/16" spacer, adj. PHR, and still needed to do a decent amount of BFH.
Why are you running DRs on your daily driver? Get a good street tire.

The reason I want a DR is because everytime i get on it below 60mph all I do is spin. I thought about going with the Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval. Because they have an excellent price and all good reviews. Where did you get your spacer from? And does it make it stick out any from the fender line?

The C6 18x10.5 wheels have teh 58mm offset. That's what I'm running with the 5/16 spacer. Wouldn't work without it. No fender rolling necessary and maybe some BFH.
Forget the drag radials in the rain. You're asking for trouble. Follow the advice to get a good street tire.

lol we order some 18x10.5 z06 wheels for my friend car with the right off set for camaro they said and we didnt use a spacer but we had to beat the **** out if it with a big hammer and grind on the bump stop! After we did all that we were like damn! we could of just put a spacer on it LOL

well i got my rims in and my spacers got them for like $17 shipped. Now I am going to order my tires I am just going to get the 295/35/18 Firestone Firehawk Wide Ovals car cost too much to risk it with drag radials. Ill post some pics soon.

well I couldn't find the firehawks in a 275/35/18 so I got 2-275/35/18 and 2-295/35/18 BFGoodrich gForce T/A KDW 2 for $1020.00 shipped. Not too bad I guess. I cant wait to see what they look like on my TA.
