2 different sized tires on a f body abs don't work right My question is can I fix this or do I have to run the same rolling diameter tire?

Yes you need to run the same diameter front to rear for the ABS to work properly. Otherwise it reads the difference in wheel speeds as slipping and makes the ABS go nuts. Either run the same diameter tires or remove the ABS system.
