If you do a search on here you will find that the 18x9.5" will NOT fit on the front. They will hit the brake calipers

Thread2
I got 9.5 width wheels for all four corners and they did not fit the front.

If you go with an 18x9.5 in the front you will need 35mm offset.
If you go with a 19x9.5 in the front you can go 45mm or 35mm offset
On the rears both 19x9.5 and 18.9.5 will work with a 35mm or 45mm offset.
I know all of these from experience as I purchased a pair of 45mm offset 18x9.5s and they will not work on the front. They do not clear the caliper.

I have RUFF 278's 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 in the rear and they do not rub at all but the front comes within a 1/16 of a inch from rubbing I think 9.5's in the front would rub. the 8.5's are fine for front man I have 245/35/19's and 275/30/19 on the rear

If you go with a 19x9.5 on the front you would need a 45mm offset to clear with 275/30/19s. I verified this for another person here by placing my rears on the front to test so it will work.
