I know I'll get nailed for this, but I couldn't find a previous post that answers my question. I'm getting ready to put tires on the ole SS. I was thinking about upgrading the rears to 315's on some 11" ZR1's. I found a pair of 50mm offset ZR1's. I have seen them in the 3 different offsets listed above. I know that the lower the number the further the wheel is pushed out. I have seen a 50mm wheel, pic on here, and it looks pretty good. I just don't them to stick out and look like some 70's Camaro with the wheel hanging outside the body. PLEASE help me choosing the right wheel. I'm not too sure on the tire I'm gonna use, probablt GS-D3's. The car is lowered 3/4" right now, but I will be going with Sam's complete suspension kit.

Of the three options you listed +50mm offset is going to look the most aggressive (ie pushed out furthest) and will have the least chance of rubbing the inner fender. If you're lowered, you might have to roll the fender lips, though. In any case, none of these offsets on an 11" wide wheel and 315 tire combo will stick out past the fender.
If you do opt for one of the more positive offsets (eg +54mm or +56mm) and don't like it, you can still work with them by installing a set of small (eg 4-6mm) slip-on wheel spacers to push them outboard as needed.
