Your tire shop sucks they need to pull the tire off and clean up around the lip with a wire brush. Then remount the tire and it SHOULD be good. It happens on occasion.

Clean the rim/bead area but if it already looks clean coat both bead seat areas with thin coat of high temp silicone. I used the red on an old set of Michelin MXX3s. I believe the black would work as well. Let it dry for about 10 minutes or more before you remount the tire.

They sell actual tire sealant. Sounds like that tire shop was going to try and sell you a rim. I have used the sealant several times at my job, it works well.

Are all of your wheels leaking? I dont know what kind of tires you have, but sometimes the bead gets cut during installation. I wont seal right after that, if at all. If the wheels were ok on a previous set of tires, and you have no damage, id would think the bead is damaged on the tire.
