backspacing question

im wanting to order a set of prostars but wasnt for sure on the back spacing wanting to run a 10 inch wide rim if possible but will run 8 if i have to just wondering what backspacing i needed

depends on the tire. if you planning on running big slicks that over hang and bulge out 8 will be too much and will rub on the inside.

7.5 is probably the best choice

for drag rims you would want..

15x10 7.5" BS or
15x8 5.5" BS

anything else will sick out of the well unless you have a narrowed rearend.

Just be aware.. Prostars = grinding your calipers.. a lot..
