Default Storing slicks...

I am a newcomer to the 'slick-scene' and was wondering what the best route to store the slicks on the wheels over the winter would be? Deflate them ...keep inflated?....inside in the warmer weather or outside in the cold be alright under shelter? Obviously im wanting to keep these from dry-rotting or anything and good for next year....wondering what would be the best way or if im just over-reacting? Thanks!

Keep them cool (but do not store in freezing conditions), dry & preferrably in the dark so the sun does not dry them out. The basement is good for this.

Stay away from motors & electronic equipment as the ozone created can alter the rubber characteristics.

Lay them on their sides (low air pressure, but not flat), preferrably with something between them & also off of the floor.

Tires stored in the heat & sunlight of a garage will harden them as will freezing conditions

Perfect...... years ago when I lived with my parents, I had a set in my closet. Mom was rather pissed, but my tires were like new in the spring.

I have my slicks and stock wheeels in my basement with 15 psi in them. They are laying on some old carpet on their side. I had a pair of ET Streets that took 5 years to harden up. Hopefully these ET Drags can last me a couple more years.

How about MT Drag Radials? Mine are sitting next to my bed, I assume that a good place. Should I also lower the psi to about 15.
