i would send you this http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp but it probably wont help you since your new wheels are going to stick out farther..
SO... Tape a string to your wheel well at the top so if falls perfectly straight down just touching your hubs in the center... next take a tape measure and measure 7.5 inches up on the string from the center of the hub and make a mark.. (since its a 15" wheel/2)
Take your tape measure with 12" out and move it as far in as you can while touching that mark you made on the string.. Leave some space on the inside since you dont exactly want the wheel touching. .. the distance between the end of the tape measure and your mark would be the correct backspacing for a that wheel...
Does that make sense?
Good luck finding a production wheel that fits perfectly.. youre more than likely going to have to do some massaging..
You prob wont need the offset for wheels like that but if you do..
Offset= backspace - (rim width/2)
Since very few of us have your truck, if no one answers specifically, then you can do it yourself.

The problem with the 15x12 fitting flush with the fenders is that the backspacing would be so high it will probably hit on the inside of the bed unless you tub it. I have 17x9.5 Torq Thrust II's on my '91 454SS and they have a 5.5" BS. The 15x12 would have to be 7.5 to 8 inches. American Racing does do a Special build in some of of their wheels such as the TT'2s and the Trakstar S but the highest BS you can get is 7 inches. I am not sure if the 7" would get far enough in. If you are interested I can go look at how much farther mine could come out.
