Pricing for used Z06 wheels.

A friend of mine is making his C5 Z06 into a pretty bad *** street/strip car. He bought some slicks and a new set of wheels for the front and back, and therefore doesnt need his old Z06 wheels and tires anymore. I told him to think of a price, and let me know how much he'd sell them to me for. I dont want him to sell them dirt cheap to me, because then i'd feel like i'm ripping him off. They are in exelent condition.

I was wondering how much I should be preparing to spend, so whats a reasonable price for the Z06 wheels/tires? I was thinking about $800-$1000. Does that seem fair? Or is that even still too low?

i think thats fine price i actually got mine for 600 and i paid another 4-5 for some new tires so that should be a good price IMO

Theres about 3/4 tread left on the front tires, and about 1/2 tread left on the rear. I'm pretty sure they are the tires that came from the factory for the Z06's. I'm not 100% sure though. Just thought I would add that in there too.

ill selling mine for $600 plus s+h which is around 100 and i have brand new tires so to me thats expensive

im gonna order the 18in TT2s tho so it migfht be a lil while before i can take em off

i'd maybe pay 500 for them. z06s arent worth much IMO. I for sure wouldnt pay 800-1000 for them.

Are they chrome? Also are they 17's or 18's? I paid about 1,000 for mine brand new.. Wheels tires, mounted balanced. and there 18's

The fronts are 17's, and the rears are 18's. yes, theyre chrome. I'll post some pics on monday when I will be able to see them again.
