Will mickey thompson 295/50-16 fit??? I was looking at drag radials for my car today and i was wondering if 295/50-16 will fit on my car??? I got a set of 16" rims that i plan on mounting them to. They are stock trans am rims off a 95' t/a i had. Just wondering if anyone is running these tires???? I also understand these are light truck tires but does that make a difference? Thanks

They aren't as big as a 325/50/15 and people run those all the time, you shouldn't have a problem

all the tire manufacturers say that they fit 8-10 inch wide wheels, so then i would say that its no problem. i've seen em on a few cars and would say they look awesome and i will probably be gettin em also...that is after i wear through my 255's first. Actually the reason i have the 255's on there now is because i couldnt find em in stock anywhere. they were on backorder supposedly. of course after i got my 255's i found em on e-bay.
