I pulled the left front on my 1.52 run. They're plenty sticky.

I'm currently running a set of M&H 325/45/17's on stock '02 WS6 rims. I'm switching to 17x11 ZR1's very soon. The tires are EXTREMELY soft... I haven't really gotten a chance to try them out yet but I know guys are running low 9's and have even cut 1.29 60's on them. I dealt with John at M&H and he cut me a great deal... like $435 shipped to my door for the pair.

My 402 LS1 is putting down 520/475 NA and close to 700RWHP on the spray... I'm gonna see how they do in a few weeks.

It depends... what gears are you running in the rearend? That's one of the main things to consider when choosing tire height.

Is it a '93 T56 or a '94-'97 T56? Reason I ask is b/c '93 T56's were geared lower. Either way, I'd probably stick with a 26" tire or maybe a 27"... you don't want to reduce your gearing too much. If you had 4.10's I'd say do a 28" in a heartbeat.

ya it's a 93 t56. I think i should prolly switch to 4.10's in the future but not this year. So you figure 315 35r17 will be a good tire for the strip then? Or maybe 295 and a taller wall to hook better?

Well, if its a '93 T56 then you're gearing is pretty good. I guess it just all comes down to what rpm you'll be crossing the traps in with short 26" tires and if it will hook on a short sidewall 26".
