So im gonna do a trade with a member here and wanted to know if I can put the weld pro star 15x3.5 up front with out spacers and just grind the calipers down. Yes I did a search and found that using a 5/16ths spacer with longer studs may fit but I dont want to have to change studs and spacers every time I change the wheels. I will not drive these all the time just when going to the track. Can anyone help me, Thanks.

EDIT: Is the back spacing the same from lt1 to Ls1's "there on an LT1".

You don't change the studs everytime you change wheels.... just take off the spacer and make sure you have open-ended lug nuts for your street wheels.

open lug nuts? you can buy those at any autoparts store.
