Default did a test fit today of my c6 z06 wheels

today i mounted just my rim its a 18x 10.5 with a 58mm offset. It seemed kind of a tight fit. i have a 295 30 tire that im going to use. Am i going to have to do anything special to make this fit on my 2000 SS which is lowered about 1" from stock..it seemed pretty close to the bump stop and i do have a panhard bar..

Might have to trim on the bumpstop a bit. I took an angle grinder and filed it down to the mounting bolts to clear my 17x11 ZR1's.

yeah i have been reading up..and noticed taht there are people who have run an 18x10.5 with 58mm offset with no problem no bfh mod and no bump stop mod but i may just grind it down a tad.

no problems here ... and mines lowered with BMR springs and panhard (sure that helps a little)

Never had to do anything to the bumpstop. Did have to do some minor BFH, and recenter the rear axle.

Did run a spacer for a while, sine I felt the wheels were to rtucked in, and in the end sold them.
