zr1 11" offset mized answers?
with the 50mm offset and a 315/35/17 (probably smtmo)
do you HAVE to grind the bump stop and BFH the inner well?
also how bad does the 36mm stick out on camaro?
is there a middle offset (40ish) to keep from rubbing and sticking out?
waiting to order my wheels till i know some dead set answers.

You do not have to do anything to the BS, although one must know you cannot install the wheels with the axle hanging, such as on a lift, leaving the BS alone.
50 mm offset ZR1s with a "wider" 315's such as the BFG's or Goodyear's would need to do some minor inner wheel well massaging with the BFH (Big F'ing Hammer). Also if you are lowered my need to roll the quarter lip a tad.
Running a "narrower" 315 such as a Nitto, Sumitomo usually do not require anywheel well mods.
In my personal opinion and experience, the 50 mm offset barely fits inside the wheel well of a Camaro as it is, so the 36 mm offset moves it outwards 14 mm or over 1/2".
