Just got Curb Rash on SS Rims(Pics) Repair?

Yeah title says it all. I was going to buy a used one but it doesn't look that bad and was thinking about going to get them repaired but have a few questions..
1) About how much does something like this cost?
2) Are they good as new and will not chip?
3) Where do I get them repaired... I am in central FL.

You should be able to repair them but it might be expensive because they would have to rechrome the wheel. I'm in IL and for my black wheels with a polished lip it was like $150 a wheel. Your probably better off just buying a new one.
