Will these Work? Please need quick help

I am looking at these ruff racing rims, and wondering if theyll work on my Formula, heres the info, please help me out

Wheel Specs:

Front Size: 18" x 8.5"
Rear Size: 19 x 9.5"
Bolt Pattern: 5x120
Front Lip Size: 3"
Rear Lip Size: 3-3/4"
Front Offset: +35
Rear Offset: +45
Color: Chrome with Black inserts

Bolt pattern is technically wrong. It should be 5 x 120.65.

Sounds like the same wheels this person is working with . . .

im not lowered...if that makesa difference...im guessing they wont work?

Offsets should be OK, I am not a fan of different diamter wheels on F-Cars, to me they just don't look right.

Tires, 245/40ZR18 and a 275/30ZR19 should work . . .
