about to order mt fronts

Default about to order mt fronts

I am about to order some mt sportsman fronts for my car just want to make sure that these will fit on a 15x4in rim im a little confused bc they say 7.5

Doesn't really make sense. You can give them a call and ask them. There should be people there now, I made an order about a week ago at 2AM and I talked to a real person.

Yes they'll work. I had them on my 15x4's. The only thing is they are heavy. We weighed them on some bogart front's against some 165R15 metric's on prostar fronts and the bogarts with the mt's weighed 8lbs more. Just in case your trying to save weight I thought you might want to know this.

are the MT's 8 ply? that would make sense.
id rather have a lil more weight up front and feel safe.
those like 165's arent, IMO.

I wonder why would drag tire be so much heavier than a regular cheap 165r15?

because of the load design. a POS 165r15 was not designed to have 3500 pound car slam its front down on little tires. the MT are designed for an impact.
