Will This Combo Work im looking into these black chrome c6 rims front 18's and back 19's

You should be just fine. If they are the factory corvette backspacing, then you will need a little spacer in the back. I'm lowered more than that and the 19x11 on the back of my thirdgen fit my 4th gen fit just fine (a little bfh though because of the width). But you might need an adjustable panhard bar to center the rear though (just depends on how much the rear springs settle).
