Default Do 315 Nitto's Need The BFH?

I tried a search thinking I would come up with an answer but I couldn't find anything. I know it's common knowledge that most 315's need the BFH but considering that Nitto's run so narrow I wanted to double check, maybe it varies from car to car. The car will have Koni SA's, Hotchkis springs and 11" ZR1's in the rear.

Thanks.

It will be. I have stock suspension right with 275 Nitto's, which are fine. But I also bought the car with 15" Bogarts and 275 Nitto's(not sure the exact size) and it didn't need the BFH.

Well it looks like noone has 315 Nitto's. I'm looking at a set of 315 BFG DR's, anyone object? I don't really want a street tire since the car is rarely driven.

The BFG's will need the BFH mod, correct?

I just put 315's Nitto's on with no clearance issues and I have the Hotchkis springs with Bilstein revalves. Just make sure and lift it by the pumpkin. Don't know about the BFG's.

I ran 315/35/17 BFG DR's briefly. With Hotchkis springs, they rubbed the inner fender wells and I had to roll the outer fender lips, as they were getting gouged on the outer sidewall.

BFG's must run wider than most tires in general then, because I measured my stock 275's compared to my Nittos and there was a 2" difference.
