Default Let's Talk Salad Shooters & Big Tires

Now I have tried searching and read through old thread after old thread and still haven't come up with an answer.

What is the actually width of a Salad Shooter that came on 93-97 Camaro? I know it's 16", but what's the width? I read 8" to 8.5" in width so which one is it?

I'm wanting to put a M&H 275/55/16 on my Salad Shooters.

Tire Overall Diameter: 28.0''
Average Roll Out/
Circumference: 88''
Tire Tread Width: 8.8''
Tire Section Width: 10.9''
Wheel Diameter: 16''
Required
Wheel Width: 9''

I'm a fan of Mickey Thompson, but I wasn't coming up with to many results on squeezing a decent size tire on my shooters. I will look into that though!

Just get some new rims that will accommodate the tires you want.
