Default 295/35/18 on a 18x9.5 wheel on the rear

I did not see this combo listed in the sticky and was wondering if it will fit. I saw a few guys running it but I dont know if it is safe. The wheels are Ruff Racing R278's. I need to buy tires like TODAY so any quick help is greatly appreciated.

275's are made for wheels that wide. That's not saying you can't fit a bigger tire on there, you just will get a bit of a sidewall bulge and won't have a bigger contact patch.

Tire is too big per specification . . . ain't gonna discuss . . .

275/35ZR18 is the PERFECT tire . . . if you absolutely must go wider a 285/35ZR18 fits as well.
