B/c some people are dumb.
Vette wheels look just fine on f-bodies. If there was a better variety of wheels out there that actually fit properly without spacers, hub rings or patterns just close enough to make it work, maybe more poeple would get away from the vette wheels.
Fact is for their price & improved look over stock you can't hardly beat them. Not everyone wants to drop $2000 on wheels alone that are polished & a bitch to keep clean on a daily driver.

I guess, I don't understand why the 18x10.5" wheel wouldn't work on the front of a fbody? It seems to me that a 56mm offset would put the wheel just inside the front fender, so you could add a small spacer if one was needed.
Maybe I'm missing something here. Also, I'm pretty sure there's guys running 18x10.5" C6 wheels on all four corners. And I believe the offset on those is in the 55mm offset area. Correct?
BIG_MIKE2005: I would agree with you on your statement about people running vette wheels, but too bad these wheels never came on a vette. So, in fact these are not vette wheels.
