Default wheel question (non f-body)

hey everyone, i have a 94 buick century that im gonna make into a cruiser, and im looking to put some 18's on it. theres not too many specific to the car, but what ive noticed is this,
the car in question has a 5x115 bolt pattern, with a 38mm offset and a 5.51 backspacing on a 16x7

the charger uses about a 18mm offset, with the same bolt pattern, and about 5.43" of backspacing, depending on the wheel for a 18x8.5

does anyone have any idea if i could use charger wheels on this car? im mostly concerned about the width, but what about the offset and backspacing? what can be done to either to accomodate it?
thanks for any help
Mark

i dont know the backspace or offset on these, but these 18x7.5s are what i was looking at using
