Default Rolling Fenders???

Tommorrow My 18inch C5 wheels go on, with goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's allround 265/35/18 front 275/35/18 back. Also i am putting on an eibach Pro Spring kit with a 1.5inch drop. Do ya'll think im going to have to roll the fenders? if so how would i go about doing that.

Doubt it. The offset of a Vette rim is not that extreme. The wheels will tuck in nicely.

You may have to perform the BFH mod to the inner wheel well, but you won't know that untill you mount the wheels and tires. But again - I doubt it.

My 17x10 inch boyds stick out of the wheel well and the fenders wouldve needed to be dealt with. instead, i bought some ground control adjustable spring perches and raised the back 3 inches. I had my pro-kit on before the wheels, and when i got them i did it all at once...i like the back when its noticably higher than the front. kinda muscle car lookin! Anyway, those perches were only $100 even shipped. im sure thats cheaper than having the fenders done and it looks sweet.

DO NOT roll the fenders, you'll *** it up, big time, and have a nice wrinkle in the sheet metal, if you have to do anything, cut and grind what you need to,

I disagree. Rolling the fenders is easy if you have the right tool. www.fenderroller.com I was able to rent one locally for $50. It works & looks awesome.

good luck,

I rolled my rear fenders with a rubber hammer with no problems at all. no chipping in the paint... My car is lowered with Hotchkis springs and 315/35/17 tires.
