Name of these wheels? QUESTION CHANGED FOR RUFF RACING WHEELS.

1). What's the correct offset that I should be looking at.
2). I was hoping to go for a stagger setup of 17s and 18s but I think they only offer 18s and 19s, which I think would be too big, I'm not dropping some decent coin for the car to come out looking ghetto fab. Do they offer these wheels in 17s?
And I guess the biggest with is 9.5" widths? So I'd have to get them widen at a shop, cause 315s are a must.
Anyone particular stores you guys could recommend? I see them on ebay a lot but is that a wise move?
