Is your car dropped? Also what size Zr1's are they?

At that time it was not lowered. They are 17x9 or 17x9.5.

Yes, it will flow with the car. If you wanted to so somthing different you could have the lips and center caps color matched to your car.

I would normally not even second guess myself in saying go with the all black zr1s but in the case of pewter cars, sometimes that small bit of polish really sets off the paint and the theme. I sold my black 18" Stern's with polished lip to a guy out here; he put them on his pewter SS and made his car look better than it made my car look!!!

You missed out by not going with the minor lip. Yeah, sometimes it can looks alright when the whole car is clean, wheels polished, tire wet on the tires, etc. But after the initial day of cleaning and the wheels get a little dirty and the tires don't shine anymore there is a definatite difference between the wheels and the tires and the tires look brown and it will look like *** until you clean it again. All of the ones that you see on here that look pretty good are 3 minutes after the cars were detailed and the wheels and the tires are pretty much the same black in color. Whereas the lip would have gave a nice distinction between wheel and tire and would have really gave it A LOT cleaner look. You'll notice when your car gets dirty again. I am speaking out of experience also as I did the wheels on my red WS6 without the lip and it was nice when clean but looked like sh@! when it bearly got any dirt on the wheels/tires. Again, just my .02 and can't wait to see your pictures!!!
