Will front 19x9.5's with a 38mm offset clear without issue? I know the rears will be fine.
I'm not sure what the offset was, but i'm thinking that the 9.5" evo's only came in 38mm offset. I had 19x9.5" on all four corners. No issues at all. You might have to roll your fenders in the rear if you have wider tires though.

Yeah, thats what I keep hearing all HP evos are 38mm offstet and ive seen more then a few cars with 9.5's on all four corners with no issue. Speaking of tires, what would be a good size for a 9.5 out back? I was thinking of running a 285/35/19. Even a 295/35 out back as long as it didnt look forced onto the wheel if you know what I mean?

Silver OEM C6 19x10's w/275/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires & 1.25" spacers/adapters on all 4 corners.

The first pic (mine is on the right) is a recent pic AFTER the springs finally settled...the thumbnail was taken right after they were installed and springs hadn't settled yet, so the front end is just a little higher....

They will work fine on all four corners, with a 275/30ZR19 tire.

Definite NO on the 295's . . . the 285's are possible, but the 275 is PERFECT, and no need for speedo calibration, since the OD matches stock..

I preferred to have all four corners equal for rotation purposes.
