Default What are these wires?

I was looking for wires grounding out or shorting out under the dash and came across these three cut wires. Can anybody help me out with what they do?

It's two green wires and a white wire with a blue stripe.

I could be wrong, but those all look like after market wiring, especially how they are wire tied. GM doesnt really wire tie wire, only wrap hem in vinyl and/or put them in split loom tubing.
