There is a JL audio dealer in nashville i payed $130 for both. They are 4 ohm speakers,I cut the old wires off of my old speakers and i used the factory wires and the plug-in, that connects the two together.I used both ends cuz there is two positive and two negative terminals..Did i do something wrong? They sound alot cleaner but dont seem to hit as hard as the stock ones is it because they need more power???

hey i have i few more questions, does it matter if u use the long or short ends, because I soldered new wires on all four and today i just unconnected the two long ones(I used the shorter ones because they looked cleaner) jw,,,and one of my subs makes a popping sound right when I turn it on and off..I have no clue what could be doing this..this is my first time ive replaced subs and I dont wanna mess it up lol, sorry so long

Switch em for the longer ends frm the harness and see what happens, IIRC the reason why I used the long ones is because i checked the diagrams for the amp and from the way the amp was wired they seemed like the right one to use..
