Default Rear Defroster problems

I searched but found nothing...
last night I was driving home and it was freezing so I kept putting the defroster on...
now it doesn't work... I thought after a day it would work again(happened once before)
Where is the fuse for it? or what can i check? any input would be great

its on the same breaker as the power seats are. my defroster used to mess up and trip the breaker after it had been on for like 30 seconds but it just kinda fixed itself? i dunno?

The breakers they used for the defroster are a piece of crap. Its suppose to be a 30 amp breaker but they'll trip way before that! i yanked mine out and replaced it with a 30 amp fuse. I have never had a problem since. The defrost breaker is located in the fuse box by the driver's door. I believe the breaker was silver in color, but its been a long time since I've seen it.

The switches also go bad.

Had a few that would keep drawing excessive amperage & had to replace the grid.

Thats right the rear hatch glass.

ditto what felton316 said. replace the breaker with a fuse - problem solved. Never tried a new breaker (differnt manufacture might help)
