Default Replacing stock power antenna

My stock antenna broke and I bought a OEM replacement and I'm having dificulties figuring out how to take the broken one out. Does anyone know how or have a link that shows you how to do it?

thanks in advanced!!

The old antenna must be removed from the spare tire area. Take off the mast, then go inside and remove the screw anchoring the support. Pull the support along with the mast support through the spare tire area.
